So after a 7 month hiatus and a shell shocked feeling of “WTH???,” Guerrilla Social Media is finally back on Facebook and our Business page is up and running. For the last seven months, I’ve been struggling with the fact that Facebook is free, so sometimes you get what you pay for and sometimes more, and customer service isn’t their strong point and why should it be?

One day last fall, I went to update my business page and it was GONE. After 3 months of automated responses from Facebook Help, I found myself disenfranchised and sulking over the fact that 2 years of hard work and over 950 “Fans” (at that time) were simply gone and there was nothing I could do about it.

Well, finally the fog has lifted and the considerate but firm prodding of my teammates, has motivated me to get back on the horse and redevelop the presence we worked so hard at.
